Support MHS Golf Teams! Sign up for June 3rd Four-Person Scramble at Mill Creek Country Club
Be sure to sign up for the MHS Golf Classic on Sunday, June 3 at 1 pm at Mill Creek Country Club. All proceeds benefit the Mavs boys and girls golf teams to help pay for team practice tee times, range balls and gear. Entry fee is $115 and includes greens fee, cart, range balls and lunch - what a great deal! Sign your foursome up today. Pro Shop prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place; prize raffle; and a hole-in-one cash prize. Hole sponsorships also available for local businesses and individuals.

2012 Viva Los Mavericks Auction a huge success!

$50,500 raised in just one night

The Viva Los Mavericks 2012 Sports Boosters Auction successfully raised $50,500 for our student athletes! The auction committee would like to thank all the volunteers, attendees and businesses who made it such a great event. $4,655 was raised specifically for the Blue & White Fund which helps athletes who can't afford to pay for their participation fees. Way to go Maverick fans! And speaking of fans, we're also proud that the evening honored Herb Morrison, our "Maverick Fan of the Year". Herb has lived in the area for 30 years; his children were MHS athletes. He loves coming to games right through to the playoffs, even though his own children graduated several years ago in 1995 and 2000. Thank you for your ongoing support, Herb!

Booster Club Meetings
Booster Club meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at the MHS Library. The Board meets at 6 pm.
2012 meetings: January 9, February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14
Come join the fun and become a Booster Club member today! You do not need to be a member to attend meetings. Please come learn all the ways we support our athletes!

Ashley K. Aven Foundation
This foundation was created in honor of MHS softball student athlete Ashley Aven, who passed away on August 15, 2010, after a long, courageous battle with leukemia.
